1 - Can I order several bouquets or plants in the same order ?
You can order only one bouquet or plant at a time.

If you would like to order several bouquets or plants, please proceed with a second order.

If you would like to change the bouquet or plant of your order, go to your cart at the top right and clic on the cross to remove the content of your cart.
You can also remove the bouquet or plant directly in the cart on the ordering page.

2 - When will you deliver the flowers ?
You can choose in the calendar the best delivery day for you. The calendar is shown at the payment page.
For bouquets, the delivery days are from Tuesday to Saturday morning and for plant from Tuesday to Friday.

We are gardeners and use SwissPost and SwissExpress for our deliveries. Cut flowers can be ordered until 3:30 pm Swiss time for a delivery the next day and plants can be ordered until 3 pm.

So it is very easy for you to choose the best delivery date and you will never forget any special occasion by ordering flowers in advance with our calendar.

3 - How to change the delivery or billing address?
To change the delivery or billing address, simply click on the "Add a new delivery or billing address" button.

After creating a new address, you can choose it as a delivery address or as a billing address on the order page.

If you wish to update certain fields of an existing address, simply click on the "Update this address" button in the delivery or billing address.
