  • On Sundays and Mondays as well as on official national or cantonal holidays flowers will not be delivered.

  • The orders activated after 3:30 pm (SwissTime) for cut flowers and 3 pm for plants cannot be delivered the nex day. The flowers will be delivered the next possible delivery day. • For the plants, the date indicated by the client is a wish date. If delivery takes one more day the client will not be entitled to do a claim at swissflowers.ch.

  • Bouquets will be delivered in the mornings according to the General Conditions of Swiss-Express. In the absence of the entitled person, the postman leaves a note or places the bouquet, if possible, in front of the main-entrance at the client's risk and peril.

  • The ordered merchandise is delivered to the address indicated, and on behalf of the person entitled by the client as indicated on the order. The client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information connected with the delivery. If the delivery address is not correct or information is missing, then we will not be able to deliver the flowers and they will be lost. In this case there is no possibility to claim for a refund of the money paid.

  • Damages indemnification can in no case exceed the total amount of the order.
