The bouquet assortment shown on the site of swissflowers.ch may be modified at any time. In certain exceptional cases, namely in cases of stockoutage, swissflowers.ch reserves itself the right to furnish bouquets, which differ slightly from the bouquets shown on the site.
The contract comes into force as soon as the client clicks on the button "Continue" on the order page, and the confirmation link appears on the site of swissflowers.ch. From this moment on cancellation is no longer possible.
After having passed the order for a bouquet the client can print a confirmation of his order.
No changes can be made to the order after 12 am the day before the delivery.
If the customer decides to cancel an order her will receive a voucher for the amount of the order. If a refund is asked a fee of 5 CHF will occur.
When placing an order on the website of swissflowers.ch, the customer does agree to the terms of service from Swiss Post and will adhere to them unconditionally.
Payment has to be made according to a secured payment technology (SSL) by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Swiss Postcard and Postfinance.
The claims concerning flower quality and those concerning delivery by express-mail may be addressed to swissflowers.ch within a period of 10 days. After this period no claim for compensation whatsoever can be accepted by swissflowers.ch.
In case of reminders
If the customer does not meet our deadline, SF Swissflowers.ch Sàrl reserves the right to add the following reminder charges to the actual amount :
1st reminder: 10 CHF; 2nd reminder 20 CHF; 3rd reminder 30 CHF
After the deadline of the 3rd reminder we systematically take legal action.
SF Swissflowers.ch Sàrl also reserves the right to send the invoice to the receiver of the flowers if the deadline of the first reminder has not been met.
swissflowers.ch commits itself not to hand over nominal data of any client to third persons.
Act of God
swissflowers.ch cannot be held responsible for interruptions of the site, intrusion on the site by third parties, which are considered as involuntary and uncontrollable technical events.
